        How do I book an appointment?

        To book an appointment, you can contact us and provide your contact information. We'll get back to you via email or phone.

        What should I bring to my appointment?

        For makeup services, please arrive with a clean face and bring any inspiration images or specific products you'd like us to use.

        For hairstyling services, arrive with clean, dry hair and bring pictures of the style you have in mind. If you're unsure, Jenny will be happy to provide recommendations based on your features and preferences.

        How long will my appointment take?

        The duration of your appointment will depend on the service you've chosen.Β 

        Makeup application typically takes 45-60 minutes, while hairstyling can range from 30 minutes to 2+ hours. We'll provide an estimated timeframe when you book your appointment.

        What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

        We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other clients. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
